Our CAFE wall to help support Reading Strategies, evidence of our learning during our  Independent Daily Reading (DLI) and application of Metacognition-Thinking about our Thinking as a Reader.

To help guide our focus for Writing. We write for Purpose, Relevance, Significance and Clarity.  This is an evolving goal for us as writers.

What do Independent Readers Do Well, so Mrs. Andersen can help you achieve your goals and support the learning of others?

It is important to understand the purpose of our reading and to understand why we as readers  from a variety of different material.

Our Metacognition Word Salad. We understand that  Text + Thinking = Understanding in our Reading.

Our Mountain Math wall we utilize on Monday's and Wednesday's to support our  4th grade math standards.

My favorite...to support my learners and identify my purpose and role to facilitate the goals and  success for our 4th grade year!
